We are a family practice
and encourage the attendance of all children of all
ages on a regular basis. In younger age group, our
philosophy of 'do no harm' is especially important,
as bad experiences at the dentist at a young age can
have very long lasting effects.
We are able to offer preventive advice and help to
combat dental decay ( caries ) and gum ( periodontal
) problems.
In the deciduous dentition ( milk teeth ), we adopt
a policy of minimal intervention and minimally
invasive procedures. If problems arise with the
deciduous dentition, then restorative procedures
that avoid the need for extraction are normally
recommended.
We have available the latest techniques in adhesive
dentistry and in fluid abrasion which allows cavity
preparation without a drill.
